Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Services are provided by Okemsama Medical Limited

  2. Customers have to present the certificate of identity (such as HKID card, birth certificate and passport) for identification.

  3. Reservation is recommended to make at least 2 weeks in advance (for health check and vaccination services).  The order would be forfeited if the client does not confirm the date of appointment with our staff.

  4. Staff of clinic would provide the receipt if necessary. The name printed / written on the receipt has to be the same as the patient who do the checkup.

  5. The customers may have to move to the clinics of the radiologist , cardiologist, endocrinologist for some tests such as X-ray, ultrasound, treadmill, DEXA, Fibroscan

  6. Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed. Medical certificate or assessment by our doctor must be presented as support document if any change of the appointment or cancellation is needed.  If we cannot provide the service before the deadline of the order (6 months after purchase) , total amount of the order would be refunded and no administration fee would be charged.

  8.  Please contact the clinic for any change of the appointment. 

  9. Our service would be affected when the typhoon signal no. 8 or above & Black rainstorm warning is issued. If the customer need to change the appointment because of the typhoon signal or rainstorm warning, no administration fee would be charged.

  10. Preparations for health examination and vaccination vary according to the package, please welcome to contact us for details.

  11. Health check report would be issued around 2-4 weeks after the checkup, WhatsApp notification would be sent when the report is ready. Please welcome to contact our centre for report collection or  report explanation. 

  12. The customers have to pick up the health check report within one year after the date of checkup. We reserve the right to erase the checkup report without any prior notice if the customers cannot pick up the report before the deadline

  13. Presentation of authorization letter & copy of the patient’s HKID card are needed if the health check report would be picked up by any third party.

  14. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. Please enquire your doctor for any questions.

  15. Okemsama Medical Limited reserves all rights to change the terms and conditions and to invalidate the offer without prior notification.

  16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Okemsama Medical Limited shall be final.
